Our impact

More than provision. Lasting change.

We want to understand not only what was provided, but what became possible as a result.

How we measure

Five questions we ask of every intervention

An output records what was delivered. An outcome considers a change in access, knowledge, participation or capability. Longer-term opportunity considers what happens next.

  1. Reach

Who did the support reach, and how consistently?

  2. Participation

Who was able to take part?

  3. Development

What knowledge, resource, experience or capability was gained?

  4. Progression

    What happened next?

  5. Sustainability

Can the intervention continue to create value?

NOURISH

Children reached, meals provided, delivery days, consistency of service and gardens operating.

DEVELOP

Learners supported, attendance, course completion and recognised credentials.

ENABLE

Mentoring participation, exposure activities and opportunities taken up.

We measure our success by the opportunities we create today and the brighter futures we help build tomorrow.
