How your donation is managed
Donations are governed by the Foundation’s Donation Policy. NPO 317-340 · NPC 2024/282817/08.
How will my donation be used?
Designated donations go to the fund you choose. Donations to “Where It Is Needed Most” or the General Fund are applied across programmes where the need is greatest. See our Donation Policy.
Can I get a tax certificate?
If you need a Section 18A tax certificate, please contact donations@bodibefoundation.org before donating so we can confirm what documentation we can issue.
How do I know the banking details are genuine?
We send banking details only from donations@bodibefoundation.org. If you are asked to pay into a different account, do not pay. Call us on 011 513 4290 to verify.
Can I sponsor a specific young person?
To protect beneficiaries’ privacy, most sponsorship is directed to a programme. For larger commitments, such as a learner’s school fees or a young athlete’s development, contact us about a structured learner-development partnership.
