Young people will follow different paths. Some will pursue university or vocational study, some will enter employment, and others may explore entrepreneurship, sport or creative work. Our role is to help them understand the options and prepare for informed decisions.
Career guidance introduces learners to industries, occupations, educational routes and what each requires. Conversations with professionals, workplace exposure and visits to institutions make unfamiliar possibilities concrete.
Entrepreneurship education helps young people explore how to identify a need, develop a useful offer, understand customers and manage basic business activities. The aim is not to assume every young person should become an entrepreneur, but to show clearly what entrepreneurship involves.
